Malibu Beach Camp FAQ
We’re so excited to have you join our camp community. Please note that access to the Camp Portal will only be available once your enrollment is complete.
In the meantime, feel free to visit our FAQ page for helpful information and step-by-step guidance on how to navigate the portal and prepare for camp. We can’t wait to make this summer unforgettable!
Logging in for the first time
Once you’ve completed your camp registration, an account will be automatically created for you.
To access your Camp Portal:
1. Click the link above to go to the login page.
2. Select “Forgot your password?” to create your password and activate your account.

How can I disable auto-pay?
If you have signed up using yoru credit card, auto-pay has been automatically applied. If you’d like to disable it and change your payment plan, please email Linda@malibubeachcamp.com.
How do I access the parent portal?
To access the Parent Portal, use the links above or visit:

If you do not have a login, go to the portal homepage and enter the email address you used to register your child, then click “Forgot Password” to set up your account.

How do I upload my camper’s required forms?
Each camper is required to upload their required documents through the Parent Portal.
1. Log in to your Parent Portal using your camp account credentials.
2. At the top of your screen, you’ll see a red notification bar that says “Documents have not been completed.”
3. Click “View.” A dropdown menu will appear showing each camper’s name and the list of required forms.
4. Click the upload button next to each form and submit your documents.
Once all required forms have been uploaded, the red notification bar will disappear, and your camper’s file will be marked as complete.

Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, there is a sibling discount. The Sibling discount is available for 8-week enrollments only, and is $100 off the second Child and $50 off each additional child. This discount cannot be combined with the Carnival Super Special discount. Once you have completed your registration, please email linda@malibubeachcamp.com, and she will apply the sibling discount to your account.
