      CIT Program
      (Counselor in Training)

      For Students Entering 9th & 10th Grade

Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is designed for students entering 9th and 10th grade who are ready to take on new responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience working with children. This volunteer-based program offers teens the chance to work closely with our camp staff—assisting in daily activities, building relationships with campers, and learning what it takes to be an effective leader and role model.

CITs participate in a structured training program that includes working alongside counselors, receiving ongoing evaluations, and getting personalized feedback from our leadership team. As the oldest participants on campus, CITs play a key role in creating a positive, supportive environment for younger campers while learning valuable skills they can carry into future jobs, school, and life.

The fee for the full summer session is $1,500. All prospective CITs must complete an application and participate in an individual interview as part of the selection process. Space in the program is limited to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience for each participant.
